At TDCI, our team is composed of highly qualified and experienced thought leaders, each bringing a wealth of expertise in leadership, DEIB, organisational development, human resource management, and workplace wellness.

Elizabeth Dhlamini-Kumalo; DEIB Portfolio Executive
Elizabeth Dhlamini-Kumalo is TDCI’s chair and Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Portfolio Executive. MaDhlamini’s (as she is affectionately known) long and distinguished career spans more than four decades. She is a DEIB Expert, OD specialists and has been the Human Resource Director at several national and multi-national companies such as Afrox, Woolworths, Sandvik Mining & Construction, South African National Parks, Fedics, SARS and Human Resource Manager at Nedcor. Mrs Dhlamini-Kumalo has a Masters in Management – Human Resources degree. She has participated in developing, driving and implementing HR models that defined core and non-core business. She has been at the forefront of integrated transformation and the development and refinement of progressive resource strategies. She has driven various large-scale organisational change and transformation initiatives and has been a Maverick in implementing progressive human resource strategies. Elizabeth is the previous Chairperson of SABPP, and current chair of the SABPP HR Governance.

Dr Marius Pretorius, MD; Consulting Psychologist
Dr Marius Pretorius is the Managing Director and founding member of TDCI Training and Development, bringing over 35 years of expertise in Individual, Team, and Organizational Development. As a registered Industrial Psychologist with a PhD in Consulting Psychology from UNISA, Marius specializes in designing customized interventions tailored to the unique needs and context of his clients. Marius is dedicated to fostering Human Emergence—unlocking the potential of individuals, teams, and organizations. His work is rooted in developmental psychology and emphasizes psycho-social maturity, psychological resilience (anti-fragility), and mental agility to equip clients to thrive in today’s environment. Leveraging cutting-edge methodologies, Marius guides deep developmental transformations, integrating neuro-agility and neuroplasticity principles. Through his "inside-out" approach, he facilitates the waking-up, growing-up, cleaning-up, and showing-up processes at both individual and collective levels.

Collins Mathebula; Director: Business Development
Collins is a co-owner of TDCI and serves as Director of Business Development. His passion for empowering people through education has steered his career in the Training and Development field for the past 15 years. After completing his BA degree at Unisa, he was employed as a Sales Executive for Excellante International, a company that provides Training and Development services to both the Private and the Private sectors. The success Collins had as a sales consultant ensured he was promoted first to a team leader and ultimately to the Sales Director responsible for the training and monitoring of new sales recruits. His mandate was to maximize the potential of the call center agents to help the company to achieve its objectives. To enhance his Business Development Skills, Collins enrolled and completed a Business Marketing Programme at Unisa. In 2007, Collins left Excellante International to start his own company, Masimu Marketing Solutions, that focusses primarily on the marketing of training and development programmes. In 2018 Collins with his marketing machinery joined forces with TDCI to create a bigger national and international footprint within the training and consultancy industry.

Cicilia Visser; Psychologist & Lead Facilitator
Cicilia holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, specialising in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) training and the best practice criteria for adult learning and development, for which she received a distinction. As part of her studies, she developed an EQ training programme specifically designed to enhance soft skills development, creativity, and team management processes. Cicil has thirteen years of experience in the teaching and training industry and is the regional manager for TDCI Western Cape branch. She conducts training in Diversity Management at various South African mines and large corporate institutions. In addition to Diversity Management, Cicil presents Generational Diversity workshops based on the premise of Generational Theory. The workshops are aimed at enabling cross-generational synergy by first addressing generational differences, values, characteristics, drivers, and incentives before exploring generational similarities and creating collaboration across generations. She also conducts experiential and behavioural assessments with large groups and teams to identify and profile candidates with leadership qualities and training potential to embark on acceleration programmes specifically designed to empower, mentor and train employees to become future leaders. Cicil coordinated the HR Master Class Series - a platform for industry experts, pioneers, authors, and academic to present the latest trends, tools, and technology in the Human Resource industry

Dr Georgina Pondayi, Psychologist, Lead Facilitator and Auditor
Dr. Georgina Pondayi started her career with an honours degree in sciences and then completed a PhD at the University of Johannesburg. She undertook a Postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Stellenbosch Business School where she co published a paper dedicated to the study of women at work with the USB Research Chair Prof Bosch. She is currently a business partner to training academies, certification and accreditation body (SANAS) in South Africa. Dr Pondayi works with Technical and leadership associates responsible for Training and Talent Development and consulting scopes in quality management systems. Her work in quality management systems (QMS) helps to coordinate and direct organization activities to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Georgina is a passionate facilitator skilled in communication and management. She has facilitated diverse courses in many countries including Zambia, Mozambique, South Africa, Malawi, Kenya, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Swaziland (Eswatini). She has also facilitated leadership workshops in the Gold and Platinum mines in DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and belonging). Georgina has been invited to be a panelist in several efforts to raise awareness on GBV, women empowerment and general discussions on leadership. She also offers inspirational and informative speeches to large audiences in church, and other fields including schools, and businesses.
